Bio

Life is full of change; changing homes, changing focus, changing likes and dislikes. For me, the biggest changes come when I finish or begin a new project. Being a very goal oriented person, I often have an all consuming project on the go. Through the end of 2009 and the beginning of 2010, my thoughts were constantly on a youth rally that I was planning. About a year later my mind was filled with thoughts on a trebuchet project for the B.C science fair. Then, in the beginning of 2012, all I was talking about was a fundraiser for helping end modern day slavery. I’ve also been to Guatemala on a couple of mission trips, most recently in February of 2013.
Those are some of the big things that I've done, but day to day I’m just a normal kid (well, some might disagree, but let’s not get into that.) Friends, music, school, social justice, and God are some of biggest parts of my life that I care about most.
So, there’s some of my past, and a bit of the present, but as for my future, I’m not so sure. I know that I’d like to go to Stanford University and maybe become a professor, but the details are still pretty blurry.

As far as this blog goes, it's not really for you.
I know that's not the greatest way to get more readers, but I'm just being honest with you. I learn best by talking (or writing) things out, so that's why I started this blog. I needed a place where I could talk about what I was going through and chewing on or stirring on or your  food related verb of choice. Since I started, this has turned into something quite different from what I had originally expected, but I guess that's sort of the point. If my life is growing, changing, and morphing, then why wouldn't this blog? I've heard that you should be able to describe your blog in 30 words or less, but I'm definitely not there yet. I'll write about school, my faith, cool stuff, being unique, tough situations, or whatever twisted thoughts make it into my head.
Anything goes.

Enjoy,
Robyn
