Proverbs 16:9
In their hearts humans plan their course,
   but the LORD establishes their steps. 

- Sometimes a vehicle's problems isn't in the mechanics it's just out of gas. In the same way, maybe you don't need to be solving a big sin problem in your life, you just need to fuel up by spending time with God and running on His energy rather than your own.

- From the begining of the bible to the end God is on the move!
                          *as we should be

- You weren't born just to exist;
                          *otherwise, why not just shoot someone once they come to know Christ?

- God has a plan for your now!

- Collosians 1:9-10
For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God.

How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word. I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands. I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you. Praise be to you, LORD; teach me your decrees. With my lips I recount all the laws that come from your mouth. I rejoice in following your statutes as one rejoices in great riches. I meditate on your precepts and consider your ways. I delight in your decrees; I will not neglect your word.

Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.

or, “Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” 

- What if, when you got home, your "doing something crazy for the Lord" would just be communicating with Him?

- Let your relationship get personal.

1 Samuel: David and Goliath

- David's brothers went to war for the glamorous life, but because David stayed put to look after his father and God chose him, he was used in crazy, world changing ways.

- Celebrate you victories, no matter how small.

- David couldn't handle the armor.
                          *Don't take up the wrong job
                                *It wasn't that the armor itself was sinful, it just wasn't intended for David.
